Do I need an appointment to visit?
Yes, please book at least 1 hour before you come, at either location. A call or WhatsApp on +91 9217-555-833 is enough. Everything here is printed to order rather than kept on a shelf, so an hour's notice is what lets us have the right person free and whatever you wanted to see actually out and ready for you.
What are your working hours?
Monday to Saturday, 11 AM to 8 PM, at both locations. Closed on Sunday. Call or WhatsApp us any time during those hours.
Can I visit your workshop?
Yes, at our Greater Noida West studio, Shop No. 25, Karan Singh Market, Chhoti Milak. That is the one you can come and browse. Please fix a time with us at least an hour ahead so your visit is worth the trip.
Are you in Gurugram too?
Yes. Our Sohna branch at Flora Avenue 33 by Breez, Sector 33, Dhunela, Sohna, serves Gurugram, Sohna Road, Badshahpur, Bhondsi and the surrounding areas. It is a fulfilment branch rather than a showroom, so there is nothing to browse there. We deliver to your address across Gurugram, and you can collect your order once it is ready and the time is confirmed on WhatsApp.
How quickly do you respond?
We usually reply to emails and form submissions the same business day. For anything urgent, call us directly.
