The moment you upload a file, we measure the actual volume, dimensions and surface area of your model and run it through a pricing formula covering material cost, machine time, and a small buffer for failed prints, plus your chosen infill, nozzle and layer height. It is an automated estimate, not a full slicer simulation, so the final price can vary 15-60% once our team reviews the model. A minimum charge applies to every order regardless of size.
Regular (PLA / PLA+) suits everyday desk and home objects. Good Strength (PETG) handles more mechanical load and light outdoor use. Outdoor & Durable (ABS / ASA) resists heat and UV, best for parts that live outside or in a car. Top Strength (PLA-CF / PETG-HF / PETG-CF) is carbon-fibre reinforced for the stiffest, most load-bearing parts. Flexible (TPU) bends and compresses, used for grips, seals and wearable pieces. On colour: PLA+ is stocked in the full range and can be matched to any custom shade, every other material is stocked in Black, White and Grey, and TPU in White only.

Our team personally reviews your model and configuration and reaches out to confirm every detail. Production only begins once you have approved the final plan, the same rule that applies to every customizable product we make.
Once confirmed, your part is printed to spec, inspected, then packed with a branded tamper-evident seal and dispatched securely. Please record an unboxing video with the seal visible before opening, it is required for any reprint or return claim, exactly as described in our shipping policy.
