TriAkar is committed to quality. This policy explains what happens when something goes wrong and what our obligations are to you.
Once an order is confirmed and payment is accepted, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. At confirmation your order enters our made-to-order production queue, and customer-requested cancellations, including for change of mind, a delay in dispatch, or duplicate orders placed in error, cannot be accepted.
Because every TriAkar item is printed to order and cannot be resold, we are unable to reverse an order after confirmation. Please review your items, specifications, quantity, and shipping address carefully before completing payment.
The only exception is where TriAkar is unable to fulfil an order (for example, a stock or pricing error). In that rare case we may cancel the order ourselves and issue a full refund, as described in our Terms & Conditions. Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are handled separately under the sections below.
You may request a return within 7 days of the delivery date for standard (non-custom) products. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and undamaged. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
We offer a free reprint within 7 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged or defective, subject to the conditions below.*
* Important, Unboxing Video is Mandatory: To be eligible for a free reprint or return, you must provide a clear, uninterrupted video recorded the very first time you open the package. This is not optional, claims cannot be processed without it. The video must clearly show:
Important: Only accept delivery of your package when you can clearly see the TriAkar seal on it. If the seal is missing or tampered with at the time of delivery, do not accept the package, refuse it and contact us immediately. Accepting a package without an intact TriAkar seal will make you ineligible for any claim.
Claims without a valid unboxing video showing the intact TriAkar seal at the start of the recording will not be processed under any circumstances.
Please inspect our packaging seal before accepting your courier. Every TriAkar package ships with our branded tamper-evident seal. If the seal is broken, missing, or appears tampered with when the courier arrives, do not accept the package, refuse delivery and contact us immediately at WhatsApp or +91 9217-555-833. Accepting a package with a broken seal may affect your eligibility for a return or reprint claim.
If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, share your unboxing video (see above) along with clear photographs within 7 days of delivery. We will reprint and reship at no charge to you. Claims made after 7 days of delivery, or without a valid unboxing video showing the TriAkar seal, may not be eligible for a free reprint.
We do not offer cash refunds for damaged items, only a free replacement. This is because every item is made to order and cannot be resold.
Custom orders are made specifically to your requirements. Once you approve the design or specifications, production begins and the order becomes non-refundable. You will be shown a digital preview or confirmation of specifications before we begin printing.
Before you approve the design or specifications, you may cancel at no cost. Once you approve them, your order is confirmed and enters production, and it can no longer be cancelled (see Order Cancellations above).
Bulk orders (10 or more units) are subject to a separate agreement confirmed in writing before production. Partial refunds may apply if fewer than the agreed number of units are delivered due to our error.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay. Processing time is 5 to 7 business days after approval. Bank processing times may add additional delays outside our control.
All timelines mentioned in this policy, processing, dispatch, returns, and refunds, are counted in business days. Business days are Monday to Saturday. Sundays and national or public holidays are not counted, and order processing, dispatch, and support may pause on these days.
