By accessing the TriAkar website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
TriAkar is a made-to-order 3D printing business based in India. All products are manufactured in India and shipped to customers domestically and internationally. References to "we," "us," or "our" mean TriAkar.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Placing an order does not guarantee fulfilment. We reserve the right to cancel any order before production begins and will issue a full refund if we do so.
For custom orders, a separate confirmation email will be sent with design specifications. Your reply confirming the specifications constitutes acceptance of the order and commencement of the non-refundable production stage.
Cancellations by you: Once your order is confirmed and payment is accepted, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances, as all items are made to order. This includes change of mind, delays in dispatch, and duplicate orders placed in error. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). International prices shown in USD are indicative and may vary based on exchange rates at the time of payment. Payment is processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store card details.
Prices are subject to change without notice before an order is placed. Once an order is confirmed and payment is accepted, the price is locked.
WhatsApp is a valid parallel ordering channel alongside checkout on our website. An order placed via WhatsApp is treated as pending and is not considered confirmed until payment is completed. Payment for a WhatsApp order must be completed within 5 days of the order being placed. If payment is not completed within this window, the order will not be considered confirmed and may be cancelled without further notice.
Any partial payment made towards a WhatsApp order is non-refundable if the order is subsequently cancelled for non-payment or is not confirmed within the 5-day window. If the price of an item changes between the time a WhatsApp order is placed and the time payment is completed, the price applicable at the time of payment will apply. We are not obligated to honour a price quoted at the time the order was placed.
Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
Package seal check at time of collection: All TriAkar packages ship with a branded tamper-evident seal to guarantee the authenticity and condition of your goods. When collecting your package from a courier, whether at your door or at a pickup point, please inspect the TriAkar seal before accepting. If the seal is visibly broken, torn, or missing, do not accept the package. Refuse delivery and contact us immediately at WhatsApp or +91 9217-555-833. Accepting a package with a compromised seal may affect eligibility for return or reprint claims.
Our 7-day reprint guarantee and all return/damage claims require a clear, uninterrupted video recorded the very first time you open the package. This is mandatory, claims cannot be processed without it. The video must show (a) the sealed TriAkar package before opening, with the tamper-evident seal fully visible and intact, and (b) the complete unboxing in a single uncut recording showing the condition of the item as received.
Only accept delivery when you can clearly see the TriAkar seal on the package. If the seal is missing, torn, or tampered with at the time of delivery, do not accept the package, refuse it and contact us immediately. Accepting a package without an intact TriAkar seal will make you ineligible for any return or reprint claim.
Claims made without a valid unboxing video showing the intact TriAkar seal at the start of the recording will not be processed under any circumstances. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
TriAkar products are designed for personal and office use only. We are not liable for damage, injury, or loss resulting from misuse, modification, use beyond rated loads, or use outside the intended purpose. PLA-based products are not suitable for high-temperature environments (above 60°C) unless specifically noted.
All product designs, brand assets, website content, and images are the intellectual property of TriAkar. You may not reproduce, copy, resell, or create derivative works from our designs without prior written permission.
For custom orders, you warrant that any design, file, or instruction you provide does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights. We are not liable for infringement resulting from customer-supplied designs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TriAkar's total liability for any claim arising from a product or order shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website or placing of orders after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
